- Organization, which needs to exploit external differences effectively
- Corporation staff, which should endorses a cosmopolitan mindset.
For item 3, above, some of the main points of leverage are proposed:
- usage of appropriate conceptual frameworks, such as the CAGE framework
- usage of cross-border project teams
- cultivation of cosmopolitan leadership and diverse management team
- employment of biculturals and triculturals in bridging roles
