Formulating dissertation project title in Housing Studies

An illustration on  how to formulating dissertation project title in Housing Studies:

Step 1: Identify the high-level research tasks in the core-focus-domain of theoretical framework level-0 to come up with the main research objectives (normally 2-3 main research objectives), e.g.,

Research objective 1: to evaluate how trade war affects the homelessness situation in Sham Shui Po
Research objective 2: to understanding the perceived attributes of homelessness in Sham Shui Po
Research objective 3: to evaluate how homelessness in Sham Shui Po influences perceived quality of residential life of the Sham Shui Po residents

[Note: research objective 1 is located in zone 1 (environmental drivers; research objective 2 in zone 2: the housing theme - related attributes; and research objective 3 in zone 3: outcomes/ solutions]

[There could be a few other minor research objectives associated with the causes, attributes and impacts of homelessness in Sham Shui Po.]

In this case, based on the main research objectives, the dissertation title can be:

An investigation of the causes, attributes and impacts of homelessness in the district of Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong.

On research nature types: a note

Nature of research can be examined in terms of five research types: this is explained with the following diagram:

An introduction of types 1 to 3 is provided in this YouTube video.

On evaluation research (type 4), refer to the note on the Internet.

On evaluation as a research design (type 5), see this YouTube video.

The Agile Literature Review Approach-based research in applied business research projects primarily focuses on research nature type 5.

Inductive and deductive reasoning in Interview Research data analysis

Inductive and deductive reasoning in Interview Research data analysis: The agile literature review approach primarily relies on deductive reasoning in analyzing interview data as indicated in the brief blog explanation as follows

Nevertheless, interview data can also be analysed with inductive reasoning, as shown in the following diagram (re: YouTube video):
