To do list for intellectual learning: some advice in the Hong Kong setting:

1. Keep improving English language skills.
2. Maintain zero-tolerance on academic cheating.
3. Avoid quick-fix, short-cut endeavors in study.
4. Practise engaging and enjoyable learning, especially on self-learning.
5. Comprehend intellectual learning within a broader conceptual framework, such as work-life balance, personal development and critical systems thinking, etc. The conceptual framework studied by this writer is called managerial intellectual learning.
6. Establish a proper learning-support infrastructure, e.g. e-library and mentoring, that is cost-effective and usable.



There may be other issues that need to be addressed, but the six tasks mentioned above are important ones,  based on this writer's reflection on his teaching and learning experience.
