When doing dissertation projects in marketing, you need to review the literature on marketing. The literature review is huge. I am not offering online book catalogue. Browse through some of these journals to get some stimulation in formulation of your dissertation topic.  You need to do your literature review when preparing your dissertation proposal, not after your proposal is approved by your dissertation supervisor.
