2. Brief description of the main management concern and associated issues to be discussed; also explain briefly why the management concern is related to the subject of "Managing innovation and technology transfer"

3. Briefly introduce your chosen main management topic (i.e. management theme) associated with the subject of "Managing innovation and technology transfer" and suggest why and how your chosen management topic is related to the main management concern of the company you intend to study
4. Brief ideas on research methods to use: (i) survey questionnaire, (ii) interview, or both.

Proposal is to be sent to the local lecturer by email in week 4 of the semester, latest by week 5.
