RQ2: What changes to workplace structure and practices could most effectively address prevalent engagement and wellness challenges among financial services professionals in Hong Kong?

Research methodology: This study adopts the research philosophy of pragmatism. It will employ 2 primary research methods, namely, (1) semi-structured interview of 4 managers working in the financial service sector to learn their views on this project research theme, and (2) an online survey, based on convenience sampling to my friends working in the financial service sector, again to learn their views on this project research theme. There is also a secondary research research (Internet based) to be employed to learn more broadly about the research theme in the Hong Kong context.

Preliminary theories to consider: At this stage, two main theories have been chosen, name, (1) the goal setting theory (Surname XXX, year XXXX) and the job design theory of (Surname YYY, year YYY).
